Do I need an online shop?
No. Order, workshop and stock answers all come from Cloud POS, so it works on any website, even one that doesn’t sell online.
Can a customer see someone else’s order?
No. They need the order number and the email address on the order, and both have to match. Repeated wrong guesses are blocked, and notes and prices on the order are never shown.
Can my team see these chats in Cloud POS?
Yes, if you turn it on. A short summary of each chat is added to the customer’s record, so whoever deals with them next knows what was said.
What happens if it can’t answer?
It passes the chat to your team with a summary. Outside your support hours it takes the customer’s email, so you can reply when you’re back.
Does it work with Cloud MT?
Yes. With both connected, it can recommend products from your online shop too.
