Yes. Every plan starts with 14 days free, and you don’t need a card.
What counts as a chat?
A chat counts once the customer sends a message, however long it goes on. Opening the chat without typing doesn’t count.
What happens when I’ve used my chats?
You choose. Keep answering at 20p for each extra chat, or pause your agents until the count starts again on the 1st.
Do I pay for each teammate?
No. Every plan has unlimited teammates and agents.
Is it cheaper to pay yearly?
Yes. Paying yearly costs ten months, so two months are free.
