Sign in with a passkey, Google or a code by email, and how long you stay signed in.
There are no passwords. Choose one of these on the sign-in page:
| Way | What happens |
|---|---|
| Sign in with a passkey | Confirm with Face ID, your fingerprint or your screen lock. |
| Continue with Google | Choose your Google account. |
| Continue with email | We email you a 6-digit code. Enter it within 10 minutes. You get 5 tries. |
Turbo Agent isn't open to everyone yet. If we haven't let you in, signing in puts you on the waitlist instead, and we email you when you can start.
The first time you sign in, enter your website and your agent sets itself up from it. No website yet? Select Use your business name instead. If you're joining a team, ask someone who runs its workspace to add you.
The way you signed in last time on a device is shown first, marked Last used.
To sign in with a Google account that uses a different email address, sign in another way first, then go to Settings > Your account and select Google.
Passkeys
After you sign in with Google or a code, you're offered a passkey on devices that can keep one, including the Turbo Agent app on your phone's home screen. Select Add a passkey, or Not now to be asked again in 90 days.
Saved passkeys also appear as suggestions when you tap the email field.
To add, rename or remove passkeys, go to Settings > Your account, or open it from the menu with your name. If you signed in more than 10 minutes ago, adding or removing one, or connecting Google, first asks you to confirm it's you, without leaving the page.
How long you stay signed in
You stay signed in on a device until 30 days after you last used Turbo Agent there, and never more than 90 days. Then you sign in again.
Sign out ends the sign-in on that device straight away. To sign out everywhere else, for example after losing a phone, go to Settings > Your account and select Sign out other devices.
